Material properties of push-in terminal blocks

1. All metal parts of the in-line terminal are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The bus bar is made of high-grade copper alloy. The most prominent advantage is that it has good electrical conductivity and does not get hot.

2. The surface is coated with lead-free, zinc-nickel or tin. The high-strength cadmium-nickel spring steel sheet provides the pressing force of the in-line connection.

3. The insulating shell of the terminal is made of recyclable polyamide 6.6. This elastic plastic has high strength, is halogen-free, and is UV resistant.

4. In addition, it has good resistance to tropical climate and termite invasion, high resistance to chemical corrosion and perfect aging resistance. The working temperature of polyamide 6.6 can reach 130 degree , which meets the UL 94 V0 flame retardant rating.
